Abstract Bank stability is an important aspect of financial stability, especially in bank-centric systems like that Montenegro. Hence, it to analyse risks affecting both the banking and system as a whole. Rising competition among banks could pose challenge possibly change level credit risk, if are small size. This can affect risk stability.
